Hole Outrake
Yards 322 320 313
Par 4 4 4
SI 12 12 8
One of the deceptively easier par 4's on the course. This hole once the drive is away, taking account of the right to left sloping fairway always offers the chance of a easy par, but beware of the OB on your right.

Hole The Quarry
Yards 379 371 368
Par 4 4 5
SI 4 4 4
The penultimate hole is a par four where you are required to play over the old limestone quarry. A low shot into the quarry will almost certainly mean a bogey or worse. A straight shot over the marker post is required - but anything wayward, particularly left towards the tree, could prove costly. Take in the views but don't lose concentration - anything long, or to either side of the green, could land you in serious trouble.

Hole Conishead
Yards 432 431 392
Par 4 4 4
SI 10 10 12
The final tee is close to the highest point on the course and offers splendid views. The Old Man of Coniston can be seen in the north, Conishead priory to the east, with Morecambe Bay and Blackpool Tower to the south. This dogleg right requires a good drive with sufficient carry to reach a plateau beyond the marker post. Any shot right of the marker off the tee or the right hand trees at the edge of the plateau has a good chance of being OB. The second shot is just as difficult to a severely sloping green, with a pair of bunkers on the right, which often gather in the short ball played to the pin.
